ICE at Santa Monica 2015-2016

Although Angelenos are accustomed to 75 degree Christmas mornings and sunny skies, the city of Los Angeles likes to bring the spirit of winter to the sun-soaked coast with ICE at Santa Monica. Every year from November through January, the corner of 5th Street and Arizona Avenue in Santa Monica is transformed into an 8,000 square foot ice skating rink.

A popular destination for dates, families, or those in need of a little wintertime activity, ICE is known for being one of the region’s most popular skating rinks. Lessons are available, and for those feeling competitive on the ice, there is also an adult co-ed broomball league to sign up for at $500 per team. Prices for skating at 2015-2016 ICE at Santa Monica are $12 for skates and $5 for lockers.
